I need a plugin to rich the current blog functions, which I call it a
blog forwarding system.

Listed are the function I need, please PM/email me your quote which
include how many work days you need and how much you wanna charge.

Blogs forwarding system

1. Users will be able to forward Blogs to a specific email address per
based on their previous settings which will be triggered by time

2. User will be able to pre-set email addresses as receiver, and email
address they set will be verified, and confirmed.

3. User will be able to send 1 email or many emails to 1 receiver or
many receivers, this need to be able to control by web master based on
user’s different membership level.(ie. Regular user/premium user/
ultimate user)

4. User will be able to review their settings and modify settings

Example:
A user “X” can wrote some blogs under their profile and set that
blogs  to be sent to a specific email address when a specific time or
event triggers.
