Once installed to your /mod directory, go to Tool Administration, use the new up/down/top/bottom function to move the theme to the bottom of the plugin list (so that it loads last).

It is a modification of the default elgg base theme, and therefore contains basic skins for all the default shipping plugins and the core.

Hello, Pete. I have tried to increase the white space gap in both "theme_contentback" and "theme_pageback", allowing for a larger image to replace the "example_logo." This of course requires CSS edits to the three layouts. This is where my effort fails. Is there a simple way to increase this white space? Maybe you have a special recipe :) Thank you

@mikfig the white gap is determined by the gap in the images: theme_contentback.gif and theme_pageback.gif

Alter both those images to your requirements, and increase the height of the header in the theme css #layout_header

Hi Pete. I'm currently trying to use your theme on my website: www.distrik.com

I'm getting two problems: i. The search field is hidding itself halfway, so only half of the search field engine bar is being shown. ii. As you can tell once you go to the homepage, on a larger screen resolution there is a block of a different shade of green/blue at the bottom of my page. I can't find it in the CSS file to change the color code. How do I change the color to match the rest of my site?

@Robert, the theme works fine for me running v1.2 core and full package. Have you got some custom mods that are running? or did you modify some core files? Make sure you load it last (tool admin) and do a hard browser refresh once activated.

The theme will then run as the default theme for everyone using your site.

It would be just PERFECT if you could make a theme similar to this that would also include the horizontal menu bar across the top as your other 'simple neutral' themes include. I really love the ability to add your own community LOGO up top on this one and any further branding/customization that can be added. I'm also still hoping for something where I will have the ability to add banners/ads for my sponsors. Thank you SO much for the awesome work you do!!!

I tried to install this theme and this message appears :

theme_simplebluewhite is a misconfigured plugin

However, the notification for the correct installation of the plugin did appear.

I did the plugin at the bottom of the plugin list and do not really know what to do.

Do you have any ideas please ?

If you are using Elgg 1.5 you need to upgrade this theme. Else it wont work, since it is for 1.2.
