Just one little thing, I've been looking for the css sheet/element to change the font colour for the main text in things like pages and blogs etc as at the moment it's that darl grey colour and it's not really visable against the backgroub image.

You can change the font in the forms by going to forms.php in the folder labeled views/default/css. Change the label style to :

label {
 font-weight: bold;
 color:#36CDFF;
 font-size: 110%;

}
