Prayer request and praise journal plugin for your Elgg site!
Kneemail
(Edit your project's description!)
Kneemail is a plugin designed for your users to share prayer requests and praises. It can also be used to keep a private journal online. This works for individuals as well as groups. It has full access levels for both viewing and editing the journal entries. Please report any bugs and I'm open to new ideas!
Hi Wesley,
I'm emailing you privately as I'm interested in your use of Elgg.

Greg,
Thank you very much, I was thrilled to find your plugin. It was just the sort of application that I was planning to look into both for purposes of journalling and communication with my prayer partners.

@SueM
I'm so glad you found what you were looking for. You will be pleased to know I will be adding more features soon as this plugin is the main feature of my network. For example, I plan to add the ability to add photos to the prayer requests and praises.
Please feel free to tell me some more ideas you'd like to see in this plugin. I'm always open to new ideas!
God Bless <><

Greg, thank you SO much for this!
But one problem I have with it is that at present it seems that prayer requests can be edited by anyone - where as I would think it would be best to have it so prayer requests can only be edited by an admin or the author. Can this be changed??
Cheers

Greg,
Wow! What a great plug-in to add to our still in design/development phase christian social networking site! This little plug-in will save me hours of development!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hi Greg,
I am busy testing the latest development version of Elgg 1.7 and just wanted to let you know that I am getting the following error message for your plugin:
Form is missing __token or __ts fields
SueM 190 days ago
The "missing _token or _ts fields" has to do with a 'security token' which I think showed up in 1.7. I ran into the same problem with the "groups_extended" plugin. That plugin's author came up with a patch. After I installed that, I could again create Groups, but there are further, related patches needed. Will try to remember to post here if & when I get it fixed.
Also, I'm just setting up an elgg site for our church. I know this plugin will be well-used.
God Bless.

Greg:
I'm thrilled to find your plugin and would like to know more about your use of Elgg to support church-based learning communities. I'm planning to use Elgg this year as I teach 5th grade Sunday school for a 3rd year.
