Release notes:
The group moderation plugin is the latest release from Cubet Technologies(http://cubettech.com) to the elgg community. The Group Moderation plugin adds the admin moderation feature to newly created groups. The new groups will be disabled until admin approves them. It is tested well with 1.2.
Changes:
1. Added the group delete option for administrator
2.Email notifications are sent to the user when his group is approved.
3. Made compactable with elgg1.5
4. Optimized the code to load data from the language files.
5. Corrected the bug in showing the group images while editing and approving
6. Corrected alignment issues
7. Modified the 'no pending group' message
Please Let me know if you have any other notes on this.
I just upgraded to your new 1.6.1 version of your plugin from 1.6 on Elgg 1.6.1site, and ran upgrade.php however, after the upgrade, the description and short description fields in GROUPS disappered. When I tried to go back to former version, still no description and short description fields in GROUPS. Please help.

The current version does not have the delete feature. We will have it in soon releasing commerceial version.

But, I am having problems with the default widgets when I enable this plugin. Does anybody know why? Because when this plugin is activated, whenever a new account is registered the default widgets in the profile and dashboard all appears twice.
I need help. I need to make it work ASAP. Thanks in advance!!

me too. i'm having the same problem that "simbadda" is encountering. please help. this plugin also have issues regarding compatibility with the profile manager(custom profile and group fields) plugin. does anybody know how to fix this?

I am trying to use the plugin with Elgg 1.5 and it never works (older as well as the newer version). I placed the plugn below the groups plugin. What could I be missing.
Is it compatible with flexgroupprofile plugin? I tried to place this before as well as after this plugin, but still it does not work. What could be the issue? Your help is greatly appreciated.

This is a great looking plugin and provides essential functionality for the site I'm putting together, so well done guys and I really hope you can help.
I just tried Group Manager in Elgg 1.7.1 and got the following error. Is this a general 1.7 compatibility issue? I am using group-admin-transfer plugin as well and wondered if it might be a conflict between these two plugins.
