Piwik - Open Source Analytics (Edit your project's description!)
After you enable this Plugin, you have to fill in some settings:
Go to the Administration -> Piwik Analytics.
Here you can configure the following settings:
- Enable tracking: Do you wish to track this site
- Tracking ID: The Piwik Analytics ID for this site
- Tracking URL: The URL of your Piwik installation (e.g. www.conlabz.de/piwik, without protocol and closing slash)
Hope you enjoy this plugin.
This plugin is based on the Google Analytics (1.0) plugin from Jerome Bakker.

wow man that is realy cool.
Excellent Christian. Works like a charm! Danke.
cheers
do you need to install the package from piwik.org first in your root? Or does this plugin have all that you need?
You need to have a Piwik installed somewhere else. Piwik, itself, is not part of the zip file...
thanks i figured that, thanks
"The Piwik Analytics ID for this site" is the "token_auth"?¿
piwik I have installed on the server. I have the plugin installed on my elgg. I have enabled but not working. Any recommendations?
No, its not token_auth.
Analytics ID is the piwik called site id. If you installed a new piwik it should be 1.
Do I have to put 1? only 1.
Another thing, is it necessary to include the tracking code in my elgg? , or just to set the plugin is valid?
thanks!
Ok, enter the code in the file "start.php" and it works piwik, but stops working in my elgg registration. the page goes blank. Any Idea?
thanks!
You don't have to change any elgg files!
Only put the requested data in the backend. SiteID is really only 1 (or 2)
Enable the plugin and it should work. Send me login data and I will try to help you :-)
Is this still actively being worked on at all?
Because of lack of time I'm not working on this plugin at the moment.
Are there some problems with new elgg version?
Regards,
Christian.
