This library provides two function calls to allow the Elgg system to fetch documents at URLs and optionally return a parsed XML form.
This plugin depends on CURL for basic functionality and dom_xml for XML functionality.

Comments enabling --> most likely some bug with the PligIns upload code which does does not allow comments switch the first time, but one has to come back and edit the PlugIn a second time to enable comments ;-)
