- Any URLs containing an entity GUID are automatically converted to GUID-entity-title format

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- DO NOT USE ON PRODUCTION SITES. THIS RELEASE IS FOR TESTING PURPOSES ONLY. YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR PRODUCTION SITE IF YOU DO SOMETHING WRONG

- This is not a rewriting tool, but a forwarding tool, which means it does not rewrite actual links present in your html dom. For as long as there are no appropriate hooks in Elgg to overwrite entity urls, this will stay this way

- The first segment of your URL can not containt file extentions, e.g.:

- All SEF URLs must be unique

For the SEF URLs to appear in your settings you need to manually click on all the links, or use a crawler that will do that for you.

hypeSpamFighter is an attempt to create a bulletproof spam-free Elgg sites

This plugin employs some of the more popular spamfighting techniques and libraries, including:

• reCaptcha
• Akismet
• Stop Forum Spam

Registration:

• Added reCaptcha to the registration form
• Added real-time AJAXed validation - username / email verification against existing Elgg usernames and emails, as well as the Stop Forum Spam database

Content Posting:

• New users will need to enter reCaptcha for the first X posts they make on the site. If more than X failed attemps were made within 24 hours, users are banned
• All content items will be checked against Akismet database for spam
• Users can report spam
• Admin Console at your-site.com/spam to manage suspected spam

hypeMaps is a Google Maps bridge for Elgg

hypeMaps capabilities:

• Identify user's current position using user's browser settings
• Geocode user's permanent location (profile details)

hypeAlive is a collection of modules that introduce real-time (ajaxed) interaction for Elgg's user interface.

hypeAlive covers the following:
