Hi Im using this plugin on elgg 1.8.5 Seems to work on message board but if I refresh the page badword apears back again? does not work in the wire at all? any ideas why? please help

  • jnem

I also noticed it does not block tags, titles, or updates on the activity feed.  Works great on actual content pages though.  Great start!

A good plugin idea. Pitty current limitations make it a bit unusable. regs.

    Hi

I want use this plugin for other languages. What should I do. Should I change the regular expression or anything else? Please help me.

    Thanks

  • iionly

@srf68: I think you only need to add the words you want to be filtered to lib/badwords.php. The language won't matter. It's filter "by words" as they are included in the list after all.
